is a seasoned business and project management executive with over 25 years of experience in the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. He began his career in 1995 with Saudi Aramco through the CDPNE intensive collegiate preparation program, later earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM in 2001. Following graduation, he was assigned to the Yanbu Refinery Engineering Department, where he gained extensive exposure to large-scale industrial and power-system projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Harthi has led complex EPC and electromechanical projects and held senior leadership roles, driving organizational growth, strong governance, and strategic alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
